He is survived by: his family, Rita and Erica; his grandson Michael Henry; his wife Rita Martinez; his children, Erica Nowak (Daniel) and Matthew Martinez; his grandchildren, Michael Henry Nowak and Thomas Christopher Nowak; his siblings, Rosa Pena, Ramiro Martinez, Tony Martinez (Carol), Irma Gonzalez (Pete) and Sylvia Martinez; and his siblings-in-law, Ray Garcia, Mundy Garcia, Rosie Rodriguez (Rolando) and Regina Garcia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
