Though Raquel may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Raquel leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Raul Franco and Sarah Zepeda Franco; and her brother Raul Franco, Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ruben Solis; her daughter Felicia Neubig (Pete); and her sisters, Ruby Franco, Sylvia Bartley (Gary), Becky Ortiz and Ruth Littlefield (Travis).
