He was predeceased by: his parents, Manuel Perez, Sr. and Dolores Camposano Perez; his wife Stella Valdez Perez; and his siblings, Domingo Perez, Manuel Perez II, Joe Perez, Otillia Bustamonte, Estefana Escobar, Mary Martinez and John Perez.
He is survived by: his children, Ralph D. Perez (Pat) of Houston and Renee White Georgetown (Sam); his grandchildren, Christina Cater (Bobby) of Waller, Taylor Perez of Houston, Samantha Ortiz (Michael) of Austin and Meredith White of Georgetown; his great grandchildren, Savannah Cater, Case Cater and David Ortiz; and his brother Jesse Perez of El Campo. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
