She was predeceased by: her parents, Birvin Johnson and Annie Belle Johnson. She is survived by: her husband James Stavinoha of Bay City; her daughter Brandy French (Todd) of Magnolia; her grandchildren, Saydie French, Jennifer Stavinoha, Kaylee Stavinoha, Sandlin Oswalt, Ashlyn Stavinoha, Avery Stavinoha, Jack Stavinoha and Reid Stavinoha; her great grandchild Blakely Oswalt; her nieces and nephews, Sherry Griffith, Lisa Ortiz, Keli Wise, Jaree Fortin, Mike Johnson and Russell Johnson; and also, Burt Stavinoha (Candace), Eric Stavinoha, Scott Stavinoha (Erin), Cleo Johnson (Christine), Don Johnson (Pat), Harold Johnson (Anna) and Jerry Johnson (Stacy).
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made in Phyllis' name to a charity of your choice.
