He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Pius Miller and Nellie Jones Miller; his former wife Ruth Mae Heidrich Miller; his brothers, Paul, Lawrence, Dale, Don, Roger and Roscoe Miller; and his children-in-law, Danielle Jones and Kenneth Polka.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Miller of Bay City; his children, Gerlean Marie Jackson of Herriman, UT, David W. Miller (Christine) of Sweeny and Evan Jones of Bay City; his sisters, Joyce Terrell (Johnny) of Lexington, OK, Doris Brown of Bay City and Shirley Owen of Bay City; his grandchildren, Jason Richmond (Michele), Neal Richmond (Melissa), Michelle Fields (Danny) and Robert Miller (Rachel); and his great grandchildren, Colton Richmond, Chasity Richmond, Nikki Richmond, Allie Richmond, Jada Mae Richmond, Amelia Richmond and Jazlean Richmond.
