He is survived by: his sons, Seth Phillips and Aaron Phillips; his granddaughter Aubree Phillips; his siblings, Ann Bustos (Nat) and Stephen Phillips (Debbie); his nieces and nephews, Nicolas Phillips (Katie), Curtis Roush, Courtney Rose (Delaney), Megan Saha (A. J.) and Cory Saha; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ameryce Jacques, Kaleb Jacques, Aria Jacques and Jackson Rose.
