He is survived by: his mother Victoria Montalvo (Vicki); his wife Sharron Perez; his children, Rebecca Renee Perez, Marisol Isabel Perez, Izabella Marie Perez, Skye Lochlyn McDonald, Phillip Anthony Perez and Christian Manuel Perez; his siblings, Kimberly Perez, Sharon Huerta, Susan Ashton, Kerri Lopez and Mark "Booboo" Perez; and his grandchildren, Landon Lee Cantu and Brennley Lynn Aleman.
