He is survived by: his wife Vicki Page Ballinger of Bay City; his children, Ken Ballinger of Bay City, Clint Ballinger (Mary Ellen) of Bay City, Brandi Hill (Charles) of Spring and Jack Page (Brenda) of Smithville; his grandchildren, Colt Ballinger (Skylar) of West Columbia and Whitni Krenek (Duane) of West Columbia; his great grandchildren, Carl, Addison and Lorelai Krenek of West Columbia; his sister Jewel Kelsey (Edmon) of Lufkin; his nephews, Glenn Kelsey (Regina) of Dayton, David W. Anders, Chad Emerson of Brent Emerson, J. T, Page, Garry McCreight, Harry Engelmohr and Duane Muncrief; and his niece Melanie Janssen (Tracey) of Hallettsville. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and sisters/brothers in law.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to either Jet Set-First Baptist Church (Bay City).
