It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Woods (Bay City, Texas), who passed away on September 27, 2019, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Nolan L. Woods and Alberta Hillyer Woods. He is survived by: his wife Lydia Bustos Woods; his children, Cynthia Woods Smith, Betty Jean Woods and James L. Woods II; his grandsons, Jacob Underwood (Ginger) and Timothy Smith; his great grandchildren, Jacob Underwood, Jr. and Cara Johnson; his brother-in-law Nat Bustos (Ann); and his niece Felicia Rodriguez Garay (Paul). He is also survived by numerous other nieces, nephews and extended family.
