He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil LaViola and Eileen Callahan LaViola; his siblings, Anthony LaViola and Mary Ann Cryoskie; and his brother-in-law Bob Cryoskie.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ramos LaViola; his children, Angela (Jonathan Schneider) and John LaViola (Evette Garcia); his brothers, Emil LaViola (Susan), Timothy LaViola (Regina) and Jim LaViola; and his grandchildren, Emilee, Jacob, Cole Schneider, Logan, Tanner and Evelyn LaViola.
He made sure to donate pizzas to the Women's Crisis Center when they had families staying.
