Horacio Cisneros Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Horacio Cisneros of Bay City, Texas, who passed away on July 18, 2021, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Cisneros and Elisa Cisneros; and his brother Jose "Joe" Cisneros. He is survived by: his sons, Horacio Ulysses Cisneros (Olympia) and Julius Cisneros (Corina); his siblings, Aida Gonzalez (Ralph), Frances Flores (George), Irma Renteria (Richard) and Fernando Cisneros (Belinda); his friends, Eluid Salinas "Chief", Johnny Alaniz, Rene Ochoa and Sam Perez; and his grandchildren, Kayleigh, Joseph and Julius. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
