He was predeceased by: his father William Guy Streams; and his great grandchild Presley DeBord. He is survived by: his wife Rose M. Streams; his children, Jennifer M. Childers (Ben), Barry L. Streams (Elizabeth), Randy L. Streams (Doris) and Brian L. Streams (Millie); his brothers, Fred, Wilbur, Clifford and Gary Streams; his grandchildren, Kristan Debord (Jacob), Kyle Streams (Myriah), Barrett Streams (Ashtin), Tyler Harris and Amanda Champion; and his great grandchildren, Mason Streams, Clint Streams, Morgan DeBord, Ridlee DeBord and Emma Champion.
