He is survived by: his great-niece Debbie Winkenwerder; his great-nephew Danny Wolfe; his grandchildren, Morgan, Stacy, Danielle, Derek, Dale, Jr., Ashley, Jacob, Shannon, Cody, Mike and Dusty; and his close friend Don Dykes. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren.
