He is survived by: his mother Delia Lara-Carrillo; his stepfather Nicholas Carrillo Jr.; and his brothers, Noel Lee Muniz, Michael Anthony Rivera and Alexis Rivera. He is also survived by nephews, niece, aunts, uncles, relatives and countless friends.
