He was predeceased by: his parents, Lupe Yanez, Sr. and Eloisa Losoya Yanez; and his siblings, Robert Yanez, Patrick Yanez, Ernest Yanez, Lucille Rubio and Anna Yanez.
He is survived by: his siblings, Lupe Yanez (Delia), Mack Yanez (Margaret), Irene Escobar (Wally) and Paula Sedillo; his children, Robert Yanez, Crystal Almanza (Steve), Ashley Yanez, Jessica Yanez and Sara Yanez; and his grandchildren, Thai Yanez, Grayson Almanza, Estefania Almanza, Micca Almanza, Ethan A. Hernandez-Yanez, Isabella N. Hernandez-Yanez, Angelina L. Hernandez-Yanez, Evan Yanez, Aaliyah Kelley, Emma Yanez, Nicole Gonzales, Jimmy Yanez and Tommy "TJ" Burnett, Jr.. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
