She is survived by: her parents, August Svatek and Joann Svatek; her husband Jerry Salazar; her children, Eric Snyder and Krystle Pape; her stepson Jerry Salazar Jr.; her siblings, Charlene Fuller (Tommy), Mark Svatek (Carla) and Anita Henske (Mark); and her grandchildren, Makenzie Pape, Kaylyn Salazar, McCoy Pape, Cyrus Snyder and Coralyn Snyder. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Carolyn may be made to the MRMC Foundation.
