He is survived by: his wife Wendy Estrada Galvan; his parents, Maria Lowrey and Silvestre E. Galvan; his children, Autumn Ayala, Jennifer O'Bryant, Cain Ayala, Jeff Trantham and Alex Ayala; and his brothers, Rito Galvan, Eddie Galvan and Rick Galvan.
