He was predeceased by: his father Jose Treviño; his wife Amelia Figueroa Treviño; his son Tony Treviño Herrera; his brothers, Carlos Treviño, Jesse Treviño and Amado Treviño; and his stepbrothers, Guadalupe and Luis Herrera.
He is survived by: his children, Rachel Treviño-Garcia, Mary Helen Martinez and Steve Treviño; and his siblings, Abel Treviño, Lupe Saldana and Julia Valdez.
