She is survived by: her husband Derek Apple; her parents, Anna M. Coffman and Edwin J. Hall; her children, Cierra Dawn Apple, Mackensi Paige Apple, Dallyce Rae Apple and Patrick Cameron Zenker; her brother David Edwin Hall (Laura); her stepsiblings, Kenny Roberts, E. J. Hall and April Martin; her mother-in-law Connie Perrault; and her sister-in-law Delana Davis (Shelton).
