It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alvin Clarence Davis Jr. of Bay City, Texas, who passed away on December 9, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Davis, Sr. and Orene Baker Davis; his siblings, Winona Hutcherson and Sammy Davis; and his son-in-law John P. Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Bernice Davis; and his children, Barbara Miller, Russell Davis, Karen Broussard (David) and Randy Davis (Jeri). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
