He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lamar Hooks and Sabra Marcontell Hooks (Vivian Jane "Janie"). He is survived by: his children, Randy Hooks (Kelly) of Mesa, Arizona and Amy Kobrick (Robert) of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho; his grandchildren, Megan Kobrick, Riley Hooks (Katie) and Cole Hooks (Hailey); his great grandchildren, Carson, Hudson, Ryland and Addison Hooks; and his siblings, Louis Hooks and Susie Vandervoort.
