She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Palmer and Geraldine Palmer; and her sisters, Thelma Varner, Joyce DeWinter, Wynona Marsh and Phyllis Britton.
She is survived by: her sisters, Deane Richardson of Wichita and Janice Wakeland of Grove, Oklahoma; her children, Rhonda Maxwell of Nederland, Rudy Alford (Marcie) of Hull and Rita Rudolph (Mark) of Huffman; her grandchildren, Casey Maxwell (Heather) of Nederland, Angie Alford of Houston, Kristin Bayard (BJ) of Nederland, Aaron Alford (Lauri) of Bryan, Kelsey Price (Steven) of Victoria and Bret Rudolph of Houston; and her great grandchildren, Kaylee Greer of Nederland, Katelyn Maxwell of Houston, Savannah Maxwell of Nederland, Owen Alford of Bryan, Leila Maxwell of Nederland, Everett Alford of Bryan and Conner Price of Victoria.
Visitation was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Faith & Family Funeral Services (40847 TX-105, Batson, TX 77519). A graveside service was held on Monday, March 31st 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Guedry Cemetery (11713 Batson Prairie Rd, Batson, TX 77519). She bowled until her league shut down for the pandemic in 2020, when she was 90 years old.
