He was predeceased by: his father Melvin Scroggins. He is survived by: his girlfriend Cindy Johnson of Moss Hill, Texas; his mother Mary Beth Scroggins of Snake River, Texas; his children, Michael Alba of Snake River and Jessica Harwell (Thomas Miles) of Snake River, Texas; his siblings, Randy Scroggins (Tammye) of Mt. Belvieu, Michael Scroggins of Snake River, Texas, Mary Lynn Snell of Moss Hill and Deborah "Dee Doll" Taylor of Liberty, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaylee Harwell, Kennedy Harwell, Wyatt Harwell, Lily Humphreys, Hunter Raney, Paisley Harwell, Ava Miles, Oliver Miles, Sullivan Miles, Tiara Hazlett, Tyler Hazlett, Tanner Hazlett, Tucker Hazlett, Kasey Quinn, Kaitlyn Ellison and Ben Ellison III. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and a host of friends.
