He is survived by: his wife Barbara McCuistion; his children, Jana Smith and Alan McCuistion (Stephanie); his grandchildren, William Smith, Austin Smith, Kaelyn McCuistion and Mallory McCuistion; his niece Taresa Smith (Troy); his nephew Gary Hudson; and his great-niece Nicole Smith.
