He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Harold Watton and Lucille Thelma Torgerson; his son Michael Jon Watton; and his brothers, Rickey Watton and Roger Watton.
He is survived by: his children, Christopher Lee Watton (Emily) of Parker, Colorado and Leann Watton of Texas; his siblings, Rodney Thompson (Belinda) of Batson, Jeffery Thompson (Delle) of South Dakota and Janet Ray (John) of South Dakota; and his grandchildren, Zoey Lecompte, Gage Watton, Kale Watton, Kendal Watton, Brooklyn Wright, Kylie Carraway and Conner Carraway. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and a host of friends.
