He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Collins; his siblings, Michael Collins, Joy Evans, Karen Millsaps, Danielle Johnson, Ashley Williamson and Bonnie Bozman; his grandchildren, Amiya Collins, Krista Semien and Chantell Semien; his brother Heath Collins; and his nieces, Makayla Trove and Carolyn Cox.
