He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Harley Riley Sr. and Doris Mildred Riley; his wife Coonie Riley; and his brother Jerry Riley. He is survived by: his siblings, Charlene Smith, Jeanne Mearns, Donna Sue Clary (Kerry), Patricia Presley (Bob), Lisa Pelligra (Bill), Arthur Riley (Shonda), Jeff Riley (Sylvia) and Darrell Riley (Bill); and his children, Sheree Riley, JoAnna Riley (James), Janice K Kramer (Rick) and Bruce Lockhart (Kitty). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
