She was predeceased by: her parents, Jude Hart and Johnnie Lea Hart; her husband Harold Watkins; her son-in-law Buddy Strait; her grandson Walker Watkins Strait; and her siblings, Lonnie Hart, Jeff Hart, Curtis Hart and Connie Hart Bennett.
She is survived by: her daughters, Denise Strait and Suzette Jeanes (Micky); her grandchildren, Kara Strait Silva (John), Trey Strait (Ashley), Lana Williams and Ashley Poland (Keith); her great grandchildren, Kailey Garcia, Niessa Silva, Wesley Strait McEntyre, Kolbie Poland, Avery Silva, John A. Silva, Leah Williams, Kolson Poland, John B. "Buddy" Strait IV, Berton Strait, Ava Lowe and Kyle Watkins Strait; her great great grandchild Morgan Allen Reyes; her siblings, Dwain Hart, Butch Hart and Annie Lorice Hudspeth; and her close friends, Ann Hunter, Kay Brown and Rachel Wilson. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
