She is survived by: her children, Ida C. Mercado of Batesville, LeeAnn Cantu of Uvalde, Texas, Leandro Cantu of Andrews and Raul Cantu of Batesville, Texas; and her sister Guadalupe Trevino of Batesville, Texas. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
