She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Garza and Juanita Leal; her husband Alvino V. Rios Sr.; her sons, Abel Rios and Jose Luis Rios; her grandson Esvardo Rios, Jr.; and her siblings, Petra Ramos, Sulema Alaniz, Valentin Rios, Jose Angel Garza, Luis Garza Jr. and Jesus Garza.
She is survived by: her sons, Alvino Rios, Jr. (Estella) of Uvalde, Esvardo "Peanut" Rios (Noe Rios), Rolando Rios (Bernardo Rios) of Oklahoma and Marco Antonio Rios of Harlingen; and her daughter-in-law Anna Rios of Uvalde. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
