He was predeceased by: his parents, Angel Vasquez and Roberta Vasquez; his daughter Delma Vasquez; and his siblings, Ramon Vasquez and Ester Garza.
He is survived by: his wife Magdalena Vasquez of Batesville, Texas; and his children, Benito Vasquez Jr. of Carrizo Springs, Jose Luis Vasquez of Knippa, Erasmo Vasquez of Idaho, Alfonso Vasquez of Carrizo Springs, Gumaro Vasquez of La Pryor, Texas, Margarita Sambrano of La Pryor, Raquela Vasquez of Batesville, Isabel Vasquez of Batesville, Nora Vasquez of Idaho and Marybelle Vasquez of Batesville, Texas. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
