He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Norman Wesley Williams Sr. and Mary McEntee Williams; his daughter Charl Ann Mick (Scott Dennis Mick); his grandchildren, Ashley Danielle Cook (Logan Gregory Cook) and Dillon Russel Moseley (Melanie Ann Moseley); and his great grandchildren, Rileigh Olivia Meuth, Reagan Odessa Meuth, Rori Onyx Meuth, Brayden Gregory Cook, Jameson Elliott Moseley and Mckenzie Ann Mosele.
