It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mary Louise Owens of Bastrop, Texas, born in Caldwell, Texas, who passed away on August 19, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruthie Mae Ellison-Hornsby (Ozell Sr) and Hornsby; and her grandson Mathis. She is survived by: her sister Annie Pearl Jackson; her children, Vanessa, Tonda (Bobby), Ozell Jr., Terence, Darrell (Jessica) and Shiree; her grandchildren, Terence Jr., Keisha, Michael, Desiree', Isaiah, Breana, Taylor of Marquis, DJ, Quenton, Kya, Deshawn and Allanah; and her spouse Ozell Owens Sr..
