He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Forbes Mendoza; his sons, Jeffrey Brian Mendoza (Samantha), Jonathan William Mendoza and Jason Philip Mendoza; his grandchildren, Madilyn Kay Mendoza and Gunner Brian Mendoza; his siblings, Arnold Mendoza, Rey Mendoza (Aiko), Rolando Mendoza (Sandy), Hector Mendoza (Barbara), Roel Mendoza (Candy) and Olga Hernandez (Bill); and his sister-in-law Janet Mendoza.
