He was predeceased by: his parents, Nehme Younes and Hudba Younes. He is survived by: his wife Tracey Younes; his son Samir; and his brother Samir. He is also survived by 4 sisters and 1 brother in Lebanon, and 1 brother.

Thanks to an amazing show of community support during Covid, he came out a survivor among all the business closures and continued to thrive until his final closing day on his passing, January 11, 2024.
