He is survived by: his wife Daphne Chase; his daughter Amanda Chase (Brandon); his stepchildren, Mark Waggoner, Jr. and Lara Harlan (Joe); his nephews, Bryan Chase (Tina) and Jeremy Chase (Wendee); his niece Tara Chase; his grandchildren, Makayla, PJ, Leanessa, Marissah, Maria, Emma, Joseph Jr. and Evan; his nephews, Blake, Brenna and Grayson; and his friend Jack Mayes.
