It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Kelley (Bastrop, Texas), born in Highlands, Texas, who passed away on November 11, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Kelley and Emma Kelley (Luersen); his son Kenneth Kelley; and his siblings, Edward Kelley, June King Hebert and Violet Kelley.
He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Ailene Bailey of Bastrop; and his son Keith Warren. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
