He was predeceased by: his parents, Royce Horn and Doris Horn (Barnes); and his sister Teresa Hunt. He is survived by: his son James Thomas Horn, Jr. (Martha Villasenor Horn); his grandchildren, Tina Frausto, Alexa Villasenor, Johanna Skidmore, Sofia Horn and Lawrence Thomas Horn; his great grandchild Dyami Frausto; and his siblings, Kimberlee Ervin, Shirley Lowe and Russell Horn. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and great nephews.
