He is survived by: his significant other Nancy Herbrick; his daughter Janet (Pat); his grandson Mike; his daughters, Christina, Jackie and Danielle; his son-in-law Mark; his daughters, Mari and Kenzie; his sister Eleanor Mutschink of Smithville, TX.; and also, Jamie and Hudson.
