It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Irene Elizabeth (Lehman) Bauer (Bastrop, Texas), who passed away on May 16, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Albert Bauer Sr.; her parents, Margaret Lehman (Kadura) and Zeno Lehman; her siblings-in-law, Wilma and Albert R. Bauer; and her siblings, Emma (James Mayo Sr.), John, Joseph Lehman, Clarence Lehman (Evia) and Verlin Lehman (Gail).
She is survived by: her children, Connie (Doug Thielemann), Bonnie Sue Bauer Shimek (Red Rock), Al Bauer Jr. (Red Rock), Kenneth Wayne Bauer (Charmaine) and Bobby Bauer (Rachel); her grandchildren, Natalie Thielemann, Jerry Dean Shimek Jr., Weston, Luke Bauer and Bo Kresge; her great grandchildren, Julian, Aeriana, Silas Kresge and Madison Paul; her sister Linda (Daniel Nolte); and her grandchildren, Nicole Paul, Julian, Aeriana Kresge and Kalli Lynch (Meuth). She is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
