He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. McMillan and Maggie Terry Collier McMillan; his wife Lila Fay; and his daughter Sally Lou. He is survived by: his sons, James McMillan (Sharon) and Ernest McMillan (Shari); and his grandchildren, Mary Elizabeth, Christopher, Stephanie, Rachel, April, Joshua, Michael and Ryan.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Taylor Bros. Funeral Home (2313 Avenue I, Bay City, TX 77404). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Methodist Children's Home in Waco.
