He is survived by: his sister Joelle Lively of Bastrop; his son Christopher Lively of Bastrop; his stepdaughter Julie of Port Aransas; his granddaughter Victoria Lively of Bastrop; his parents, Mary Ellen and Bert Lively; and his close friend Mister.
