Gladys Hoffman Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gladys Hoffman of Bastrop, Texas, who passed away on August 3, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel David and Ruth Mae Nutt (Lord); her significant others, Travis Claude and Hoffman, Sr.; her siblings, Pearl Allison, Bertha Peppers, Herman Nutt, Clarence W. Nutt and James L. Nutt; her grandson Brandon Hoffman; her great grandchild Logan Rogers; her son-in-law Daniel W. Rinehart; and her sisters-in-law, Leona "Sissy" Ward, Irene Hoffman and Lee Nutt.

She is survived by: her brothers-in-law, John Ward, Elbert Hoffman of Wallace Allison, C. B, Crook and Jack Peppers; her children, Jan Rinehart of Smithville, Claude Hoffman (Laurie) of Bastrop and Shirley Quincy (Roger) of San Angelo; her sister Ola Mae Crook of Sayre, Oklahoma.; her grandchildren, Lisa Rinehart, Dean Rinehart (Kay Masters), Jason Phelps (Robin McMillon) and Brian Hoffman (Karen); her great grandchildren, Brett Duty (Alexis), Ivey Rinehart, Kaydee Rinehart, Noah Rinehart, Lana Collins, Elijah Hoffman and Aiden Hoffman; and her great great grandchildren, Paisyn, Kyra, Kohen and Preston. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be made to Gladys' favorite charity - 4H.
