It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Emelio G Salinas Jr. of Bastrop, Texas, born in San Antonio, Texas, who passed away on September 4, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Emelio G. Salinas III, Sally Salinas Lopez and Larry Salinas (Tina Salinas); his siblings, Frank Salinas, Maria Suarez and Elojia Sanchez; and his aunt Maria Rogers. He is also survived by 12 grand-children, three great grand-children.
