She is survived by: her husband Fred Botello; her children, Mary Storms and Blas Alvarado; her daughter-in-law Anna Alvarado; her daughter Lori Gonzales; her sister Mary Castillo; her grandchildren, Kristen Storms, Blas Alvarado III, Jonathan Gonzales, Marcos Alvarado and Emma Alvarado; and her great grandchild Stormy Johnson.
