He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Marquis and Mary Elizabeth Stewart; his wife Mary E. Stewart; and his children, Kevin E. Stewart and Gail E. Trissler (Stewart).
He is survived by: his children, Perry E. Stewart of Bastrop, TX, Donna E. Montgomery of Bastrop and Lisa E. Chromcak of Austin, TX. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
