J.), Candice Cunningham, Kasie Johnson, Shannon Johnson, Chad Johnson, Terry Robertson and Justin Cunningham; his grandchildren, Chad, Jr., John, Richard, Kimberly, Jason, Talayzha, Mandy, Macey, Lily, Hazel, Chloe and Vincent; and his siblings, Mike Cunningham (Kandie) and Kelley Hadlock (Doug). He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
