He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Riggs and Betty Riggs. He is survived by: his daughter Teri Richardson; his son-in-law Collin Oliver; his grandchildren, Bre, Macee, Riley and Avery; his sister Lisa Vasquez (Frank); and his nephews, Tyler and Tanner. He is also survived by His extended family includes many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
