He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Persky and Leona Persky. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Persky; his daughter Amanda Craig; his son-in-law Brad Craig; his daughters, Vicki Persky and Lacey Henry; his son-in-law Brad Henry; his grandsons, Luke, Eli, Jared, Isaac, Andrew and Noah Henry; his siblings, Wayne Persky, Imogene Morris (Persky), Linda Chaffin (Persky) and Ronnie Persky; his sister-in-law Nelwyn Persky (James Persky); and also John Bob Chaffin.
