He was predeceased by: his parents, Galvin W. Houston and Minnie Edna Terry. He is survived by: his wife Janet Houston; his daughters, Susan Houston, Patricia Sykes and Laura Botkin; his grandchildren, Josh Houston (Ellen Brady), J. T. Sykes (Lexi), Jessica Sykes, Colby Botkin (Lauren), Courtney Botkin and Jason Botkin; and his great grandchildren, Audrey Sykes, Avery Sykes, Lilli Botkin and Liam Botkin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Griffin-Roughton Funeral Home (1530 N 45th St, Corsicana, TX 75110). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Waco Memorial Park (6623 I-35, Robinson, TX 76706).
